Revisitar o passado na Quinta da Penha []

Abstract
Celebrating the 30 years of the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures of the School of Education and Communication of the University of Algarve, I remember the first years of life of the institution, at the time School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Faro, of which I was a member of the Steering Committee. Built in the still-troubled times of the post-25th of April, there were difficulties in the execution of the agenda that was delivered to us: building the buildings, selecting teachers, defining the profile of the teachers to educate, establishing the courses curricula. In an attempt to preserve the memory of those who helped building the school, the names of those who were linked to the process, during the first six years of life, are remembered.
